Development
The Northwest Georgia Housing Authority (NWGHA) has been involved in real estate development since 1938 when NWGHA managed the development and construction of the original 95-unit Altoview Terrace community to create new affordable housing in Rome. NWGHA undertook many additional real estate development efforts, including Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) and Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD) properties in the following years as described in more detail in the links below.
