After Hours Emergency-On-Call Support List:

Only call the emergency number if it is an emergency as listed below. If it is not an emergency, call during working hours. 

HUD defines an emergency as physical work items that impose an immediate threat to the life, health, and safety of residents, extreme property damage, major inconvenience to the residents, and/or items that are related to fire safety. 

Emergency Situations
Maintenance After-Hour Emergency List - Residents should ONLY call maintenance if any of the following emergencies are present in your home: 

  1. No heat when the temperature is below 45 degrees
  2. No air conditioning when the temperature is above 85 degrees outside (calls after 6:00pm will be serviced the next day)
  3. Smoke Alarm is not working
  4. Total outage of refrigerator
  5. A stopped up toilet if unit have only one bedroom
  6. Water leak flooding the apartment (does not include dripping faucets)
  7. Power Outage in unit
  8. Fire (call 911 first)
  9. Unable to secure exterior door
  10. Entire window is broken out
  11. Fire alarm at high-rise apartments
  12. Exposed electrical wires
  13. Gas Leaks (call 911 first)
  14. Resident locked out of apartment
