ROSS Program
ROSS Coordinators assist residents in becoming self-sufficient, maintaining their well-being and independent living, and improving their overall quality of life. Coordinators meet the needs of residents by coordinating services with various service providers and agencies in the area. Workshops that focus on issues such as job readiness or physical health are held throughout the year.
Past workshops and events have included Father's Day Celebrations, Minority Business Expo, Blood Pressure Checks, Fire Safety & Prevention, and Health & Wellness Workshops. Workshops are held on a monthly basis and are free to all NWGHA residents.

What is the ROSS Program?
The ROSS Program is a voluntary program that is designed to serve elderly/disabled individuals and families by assisting and providing residents supportive services, empowerment to improve quality of life, overcome barriers, and enabling residents to become productive members of the community by accessing needs and coordinate available resources in the community to meet those needs.

- Job Search
- Career Readiness
- Resume Writing
- Applying for CAPS
- Renewing Food Stamps/Medicaid
- Finding affordable childcare
- Transportation
- Mental Health Services Referral
- Increased earned income
- Reducing or eliminating the need for welfare assistance
- Achieving economic independence
- Housing Self-Sufficiency
Assist Elderly/Disabled with:
- Transportation
- Mental Health Services
- Home Health Care Services
- Job Readiness or Physical Health
- Food Stamp application/renewal assistance
