Taking over management of the property was pivotal in NWGHA's entrepreneurial directions as it provided NWGHA another avenue by becoming approved by Georgia Department of Community Affairs to manage LIHTC properties in Georgia. In 2019, NWGHA partnered with another developer, Paces Foundation, to resyndicate the 4% LIHTCs that the property was originally built with, purchasing the property from the original developer, and renovations were completed in 2021. In 2023, NWGHA became the sole general partner of the property.
