Three Rivers Housing & Development Corporation

Three Rivers Home Supports and Services (TRHSS) is now an approved Medicaid/CCSP provider for Floyd & Polk counties. CCSP clients can now choose TRHSS as their official CCSP provider! CCSP clients can contact the Area Agency on Aging for a referral to TRHSS.

TRHSS is a licensed, private, non-profit home care agency in the state of Georgia. It is owned and operated by Three Rivers Housing and Development Corporation.
