Lease Changes for Ashland Park Apts.

Effective January 1, 2022, Ashland Park Apartments will NO longer allow the following: 

SMOKING
Contact your Property Manager if you have any suggestions or questions. Effective January 1, 2022, the Ashland Park campus and its units will be SMOKE FREE. A smoke & tobacco-free environment means NO SMOKING in your apartment, on your porch, around the building grounds, on the sidewalks, in the parking lot, in your car in the parking lot, around the dumpsters, in the playground, recreation areas, or common areas... for YOU and YOUR GUESTS! There will be a designated smoking area for residents to use. We are open to suggestions as to where this area should be. Violators will receive a lease violation and will be processed for eviction upon the second offense. 

PETS
Effective January 1, 2022, Ashland Park will be PET-FREE and will not allow new pets to be brought into the units according to its new Pet Policy. Residents who currently have pets and follow all policies, such as registering, spaying/neutering, and paying a deposit, will be permitted to keep their pets. Proof of compliance with the Pet Policy will be required. Registered Service & approved Assistance Animals will continue to be permitted per policy. Violations of the Pet Policy will result in lease violations and/or possible eviction.
